Outpatient Therapist

Our mission is to provide comfortable and supportive telehealth therapy services to Michigan residents, offering a seamless approach to connection. We are seeking clinicians who are passionate about helping others navigate life’s challenges.
We are looking for an experienced Outpatient Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in providing individual and group therapy to clients in an outpatient setting. The successful candidate will be able to assess and diagnose mental health disorders and provide evidence-based treatments, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and other modalities. The therapist should also be comfortable working with a variety of populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and families.
License/Certification:
- Michigan or Illinois License (Required)
- LPC, LCPC, or LMSW (Required)
Experience
- Clinical counseling: 3 years (Required)
- Addiction counseling: 2 years (Preferred)

Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy services to clients.
- Develop treatment plans and goals with clients and their families.
- Provide crisis intervention services to clients in need.
- Conduct assessments to determine the needs of clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client sessions and progress
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best care for clients.
- Educate clients on mental health topics and resources.
